Try eating some natural yoghurt, avoid mouthwash and instead use saltwater rinse if you can tolerate it. Garlic capsules may help and also acidophilus capsules available from health stores.
If this does not help you may require antifungal drops or pastilles from your GP, but its usually only babies and the elderly that require this.
