Just go back and read all the advice and answers everyone gave you .dont you dare ring him and blow your top that is exaclly what he wants then how would you feel when he puts the phone down on you.To do what he did he is not a man .Hope you meet someone that will appreciate you.

Minxie - please don't. Keep your dignity and self respect and don't let him have the satisfaction of knowing how much you are hurting. If you really need to vent your feelings, write down on a piece of paper exactly what you are thinking and feeling. Sit on it for 24 hours, read it (or shout it) out loud and THEN TEAR IT UP.

Give yourself time. It will get better and by proving another row you only run the risk of hurting yourself more in the long term.

under normal circumstances ( a face to face break up or a mutual split) I would whole heartedly agree........ but this guy dumped you oood advice over text and then just got on with his life. Have you had any contact with him since? Against all the good advice so far I must be realistic and say how the hell do you get closure and move on with your life after one text? Don't think i could do it.........

Hi minxie - how about texting him (by mistake) thanking him for the terrific time you had last night?!! Of course, call him by the wrong name etc. and make it as raunchy as you like! And if he texts back asking what you are talking about, text again apologising for having sent your text to the wrong number. Make your fake man's name begin with the same letter as his, and - well, it's an easy mistake to make, isn't it? Will make him wonder what he's missing, and maybe make you feel better? BTW, thanks for the good wishes - be gentle to yourself & take care.

I didnt ring him. I finished my wine and went to bed. Have come to the conclusion today, that he is not worth the heartache. Helsbels, I dont know how he can just cut off like that. But doesnt it prove, what an immature man he is?

Sunseeker, that idea had come to my mind, but as I have deleted his mobile number completely, there is no way I will do that now.
