how to get over a crush

Tried and tested cures for getting over that guy please. He isn't going to call, I'm not going to call him and yet I can't stop thinking about him. I never know when I'm going to see him so I can't prepare myself for seeing him and I end up sounding stupid and i hate it! Plus a crush like this is not good when I'm trying to sort out the problems in my relationship.

First of all .... it is like chocolate or cigarettes it will pass the problem is how to get through it. You say you have problems in your relationship and maybe that is where you can divert your mind. Because it seems that you are in a bit of a muddle about things and you need to sort out what it is you want. Do you want to repair your relationship or end it, rather than dabble with your heart elsewhere and make life even more problematic. Forgive me if I have tried to read between the lines in your short post, but the bottom line (?) is that you need to find a someone who you are happy with and who is equally happy with you - or - just have a rest from the lot of 'em and regroup. :)

Crushes do pass eventually, and you usually end up wondering what the hell you ever saw in them!!

It is best that you don't see him. I found my crush dried up and went away when the object of my affections got another job.

Just fantasise about him doing something really nasty, spiteful and viscious to you which leaves you embarrassed and humiliated in front of all your friends and work colleagues. That might help to reduce your warm feelings for him.

Crushes always fade in the end, usually becase some more interesting person comes along with whom it's possible to have a real relationship.

I could use some help myself. I need to get over a crush I have..he doesn't know and it is impossible-I'm married.

However, I do need to have contact with him.I don't want him to know-I just want to get over it-fast!!!
