Low Rise Trousers

Do girls wear them because (a) they are fashionable (b) they look sexy or (c) they are comfortable? Do men find them particularly sexy on women?

I ask this because I am way past the age of wearing them, so perhaps it is jealousy. However, on the majority of girls I think they look very unattractive, but great if you have a figure like Rachel Stevens. I just see so many girls wearing them who have 'spare tyres' and who would look so much better if they didn't reveal middles and builders' bums.

We have the same term over here Clanad - in fact morg monster refers to it in her post. Quite a good description, I would agree. Unfortunately, a lot of these trousers are also worn too tight so that they really dig into the hips - I can't think that this would be very comfortable.

99% of high waisted jeans (ignoring the already mentioned baggy thighs, tapered bottoms etc..) are ok as long as you like the camel toe look!

Don't get me started on jeans!

I am a size 8-10 but have a 34 inch (well, nearly 35 actually) inside leg. buying jeans in the UK is frankly impossible, and I would consider myself relatively slim, but I wouldnt wear that European low rise cut that you get here. When you can actually see girls' pelvic bones poking out, you realise that there simply isn't enough denim in that pair of trousers. I was wondering if it is something to with government cut backs?

I get around the jeans problem by waiting for my husband to go to New York also, katiebee, and then send him with my exact measurements and he buys me a few pairs of jeans that fit exactly (thank goodness for the Americans being tall!) However, he does have to wait for them to find the size 6 extra long from out the back. Then they realise he is English, then they ask him if he is married to a ballet dancer. He then tells them "Sadly, no, I'm married to Olive Oil."

Typically they are Gap jeans that he gets and they seem to have several different cut heights and are as previously said, dirt cheap. The only expensive part is the cost of the air fare. I have never been in to a gap in UK so wouldn't know if it is any better in there. It could be.

I was thinking of having plastic surgury to have my legs shortened.

as for the muffin top, I would say more of a souffle top, or are we talking American muffins, because English muffins are a totally different shape.
