This question stems from another posted on here where someone put if a diary was left in a room they would read it, and reckons everyone else would. But I honestly wouldn't and I often leave my diaries in view of my bloke and trust him enough to know he never would either. What would you do??

my boyfriend read mine but didn't tell me but i figured it out cos he knew things about me and brought them up in arguement. We split up. Prob would have any way but it definately added fuel to the fire!! so i wouldn't

depends... some people write down their feelings and then leave them around deliberately in the hope that someone else will read them and understand them better (or provoke an argument or whatever). So this will depend pretty much on who the people are and what their relationship is. If you and your man trust each other not to read, that's fine; other people might do it differently without being nosy or sneaky, though.
