frozen shoulder re tens machine

I have now obtained a tens machine.does anybody know where is the best places to put the pads for best results.i know its most probably a case that its different on each person but would be interested to hear from anyone who has used tens for a frozen shoulder.i am currently have acupunctue and wanted to ask their advice but my appointment had been cancelled to a later date.look forward to any replies on this.cheers

My frozen shoulders (both happened together about the same time) lasted for 18 months. I found that the tens machine helped a little - as did magnets - but the exercises are essential. Keep them up every day, several times a day. It's a great relief when everything goes back to normal again, and It will eventually.

I thought about acupuncture, but I never tried it. Give a go though - it does work, but it's quite expensive and long drawn out.

I get my acupuncture on NHS.it does seem like it works.but you reckon that exercise is more important to help recovery?

If you do as Pat told you,You stick the pads either side of the pain, and it acts as a massage to the muscle, by the wat I think you splet accupuncture wrong, give us a ring if you read this
