alright, I wasn't born too busty, in fact I'm quite small... and I've heard around that there are natural ways to get your breasts bigger naturally.
surgery is not an option, I refuse to do it, so do any of you know a couple ways to make myself a little more.... enhanced?

Hi figwit, I am in the same position as you, and think I once posted a question here about it. But got lots of replies. Mostly positive.
I would love to be bigger in the boob dept, but like you, would never have surgery.
But think of the positives. Look at people like Kate Moss, also not big in the boobs dept, and how feminine she is.
Sorry I cant give you any advice. But just wanted you to know you are not the only one who feels like this.
exactly, there are more important things to life than boobs. Having smaller boobs means you can get away with wearing all sorts of things that bustier ladies can't and they're more likely to suit you, it can be a pain the bum trying to find clothes that fit properly if you're big up front.
I've heard that swimming regularly is good for building up the muscles below the breast tissue, in some case increasing you up to a cup since and it'll help them stay perky ^_~ other than that my advice would be stop worrying about it and, if need be, buy some wonderbras :)
I agree with everyone. Who wants to look like a freak, with men talking to your boobs instead of your face, and going out with you because you look like a ....... you know what? And having backache all the time probably. Be grateful for your small chest, at least you can wear lovely clothes, and as you get older you will find middle age spread will fill out your chest !! You probably have a long way to go for this. And to answer you question, don't believe the claims and waste your money. Stick with nature.

I read about some research a few years ago where some women were able to go up a bra size by using visualisation techniques. In fact, just done a search and found at http://www.bodyforge.co.uk/research.htm :
"Researchers at the University of California who were conducting trials on female breast increases found the results were very positive. Other studies have shown similar results dating back to the 1960's. Results are often seen of increases of at least one cup size. In one study of over 800 women, 80% saw gains of over one and a half inches in breast size."

But, as other male contributors have suggested, you can be attractive and sexy with small breasts. I much prefer small to artificial!
figwit - you cannot make breast tissue bigger, as it is connective tissue, not muscle. There is only a small muscle underlying the breast, and so it cannot be pumped or enlarged as other body parts can with excercise. All you can do (without resorting to surgery) is to wear push up bras, or use breast enhancers that slip inside your bra. Anyone who says they can increaase your breast size without tissue is lying, it is not physically possible. That said, Richie may have some untapped mystical powers that the scientific world is unaware of. Do let us know if you give his method a try.....xx

I said " Everyday rub them up and down with toilet paper and eventually they will become large".
She did so for months without it making the slightest bit of difference.
She said " I thought you said this was guaranteed to work".
I replied "Well it worked for your 4rse so I assumed it would with your breasts!"

I have big boobs lets say 38Ds and i have a hard time finding the right clothes to wear. They make me look bigger than what i really am. I get back pains and sometimes i feel like i want breast reduction. There are other times i really love them. And i'm only 16 with big boobs. All i'm saying is love your small boobs. You can wear tank tops (i can't) and all those good looking clothes. Show what you got honey, be proud.
I agree you should be happy with what you have.
Trust me big boobs are nothing but a pain in the bum. Take it from someone who knows i was big chested before i had my daughter then i went up two cup sizes. Now i suffer from extremely sore back pain and at the moment am looking at a reduction to try solve this problem. I also hate it cos all men look straight at my boobs and anytime my boyfriend discribes me he says huge boobs (no joke) I hate it
