Has anyone ordered off this site? What's it like (reliability/delivery times etc)

I've read quite bad things about this site - a lot of people have got badly stung as they've had to pay excessive customs duty on the goods as they're arriving from outwith the UK. I think the goods get delivered within a week or so and obviously, the customs duty problem isn't actually the fault of the company, but I think what appears to be a good bargain perhaps turns out not to be when you add up the total you have to pay.
