My. Tesco Android Signal Is Poor

I suffer a great deal with food allergies. To name a few are Yeast, Wheat, Milk & Eggs. . . . . and believe me that is less than a hand full.
Is there a book where you can look to see what dishes or foods contains a certain ingredient. For example "eggs" and under "eggs" it lists all the foods it is used in, such as bread, cakes, pasta and so on to give a full listing.
Anyone know of such a book. It would be most interesting to know.
