I think that if you dream that your teeth fall out then it means that you are about to lose money?

But what about if you dream your ear falls off? A colleague dreamt that last night and wants to know what it means!

Dreams are a bunch of random stuff, derived from the experiences and thoughts of the individual. They have no fortune telling abilities. If your collegues ears drop off tomorrow, it's a coincidence

Taken from Raphaels Dictionary of Dreams (by three different 'dream interperators'):

If anyone dreams their ear is hurt or cut, they will be offended by a friend to whom they have entrusted their secrets. If it seems that the ear is completely cut off, their friendship will be destroyed.

For a young man to dream he has lost his ears denotes some misfortune about to come upon him.

To dream that your ears have been cut off, or that you have lost them through any accident or unususal occurrence, is a sign that you will offend one of your relations by disclosing a secret affecting that person.
