Food Supplement
A friend told me that there is a supplement that you can mix with water and it gives you the feeling you are full. He said it doesn't contain any calories. Is this true? if it is whats the stuff called (I forgot to ask him)

Food is the best fuel for your body.. stick to your vegies Rye breads.. rice cracers, fish, chicken and your fruits and berries... Your body knows how to brake down the fats and sugar's in natural foods.. so never worry about the fat in your fish or milk or the sugar in your fruit and vegies.. Its fuel for the body and mind.. Its the foods that say Low fat, no fat and sugar free that you have to worry about because they have been striped of all there natural benifits and packed with additives simple sugars and perservatives.. ew yuk! These damage your body and your body does not know how to brake these down and use them a fuel... so they collect on your body as a bad fat.. Ever notice how much healthy people eat? SO MUCH.. but you get some people who dont eat very much and they have a chuby belly and they wonder why there chuby.. well look at what there eating.. everything comes out of a box or a bag or some sort of container.. ew very yuk! You can sit all day and eat your fruits and vegies and not get fat.. Read some books samz and learn what food does for your body.. its very interesting... Take care and good luck!!!
