I don't have a fat tummy, but I would like to 'tone' it so it will look nice in the Summer. What are the best exercises to do in order to tone my tummy?
One of the easiest ways to tone up generally is by walking. It sounds unlikely, but 30 minutes of brisk walking at least three days a week will give your stomach, back and legs muscles a decent work out and tone up the muscles.
Get yourself a gym ball (only about 4 pounds from Argos) and do sit ups on it. Its great. Also use it to sit on as much as you can instead of a chair cos the movement keeps your tummy muscles on the go all the time.
