Shoe/Boot Brush with Handle
I have an old brush for cleaning shoes/boots which has a handle on it - it is very good as it does not slip out of your hand but it is very old and the bristles are wearing out. I have struggled to find a suitable replacement.
Can anyone please tell me where I may find a shoe or boot polishing brush with a handle?

This type of brush was usually used with metal polish for cleaning silver, or with 'Zebo' for blackening fireplaces and cooker ranges. The only more modern examples I'm aware of have been stiff-bristled, like nail brushes and scrubbing brushes.
Perhaps you could find a suitable handle in a hardware store that you could screw onto the back of a regular shoebrush?
Carls358 - yes that is the type of thing - Good Lord - aren't they expensive! - I think the one that I have is probably one described by heathfield but the furniture polishing brush that you have pointed out is likely to be a good replacement. Do you use yours for shoe polishing - I was wondering what the bristles are like - I also wonder whether I can get one any cheaper anywhere.
