Whats your favourite and least favourite smells? I have an old purfume bottle from when I was 10 and it takes me back to my youth. And I cant stand the smell of petrol and elastic bands, oh and BO uuurggghh

i love the smell of mens lacoste aftershave it makes me go weak at the knees i also love the smell of garlic marinated chicken been cooked mmmm. i hate the smell of cigarettes although i do have an occasional one when im a bit jolly. i also hate the smell of bad breath arrggh.

I love the smell of my nephew when he's just got out of the bath and I adored his baby smell when he was a baby. (He is 3 now). I also love the smell of my boyfriend!

I can't stand the smell of his poo!! Sorry for the crudeness to the answer but it makes me heave and I have to block my airways whenever he has an accident in his pants!! I also hate the smell when the dustman have just driven past - Yuk!!

on the other side of town to me is fox's biscuits and when the wind is blowing the right way i can smell the biscuits and they smell lovely, i also go past a marmite factory to go shopping and it smells sooooooo bad it makes me feel sick

Favourite smells: freshly laundered bedding; cinnamon; frying bacon; garlic being cooked in prawns/chicken/mushrooms etc; that smell you get on a Spring morning after rain; Clarins colognes.

Horrible smells: Any bad body odours; cigarettes (packed up just over 2-and-a-half years ago); musty unwashed clothes; rotting rubbish; cat pee.

Best smells: Frying bacon outside the flap of your tent first thing in the morning, freshly baked bread, rain on hot concrete, newly mown grass.

Worst smells: Overpowering perfumes like Lulu, Cigarettes (reformed smoker), cats (bit of a downer seeing as one owns me) and creosote.

I love: how my wee boy smells, cinnamon, apple, vanilla, fresh cut grass, bacon and garlic and onion frying gently in olive oil, hugo aftershave, reshly roasted chicken, my mums house, Islay malt whisky

Hate: BO, marmite, smell from breweries (ie yeasty yucky smell), beer on other peoples breath.

Favourite Smells - Spring Flowers, anything being cooked with Garlic, aircraft fuel! (Kerosene, I believe), beer on a summer's day. creosote.

Worse smells - Petrol, bananas, vomit, cigarette smoke on breath and clothing, rotting rodents!

kick3m0n We live in a cottage surrounded by farmland with drainage ditches and rats are commonplace. Unfortunately, they get into the loft on occasions. If you put poison down it thins their blood and this is what kills them (bleed to death internally). Unfortunately, they go off to die in the warmest place they can find, i.e. the hot water pipes running through our extension roof. The smell of rotting rodents is indescribable and we can't get to the area they choose to die in! It takes ages to fade.

I love the smell of freshly cut grass but I have hayfever so I'ts not a good idea for me to go round sniffing it really!!

I hate the smell of sellotape when its been on something for years and years and its gone all orangey, crunchy and powdery!

Best- Chocolate, cakes being baked, popcorn being made, chinese take-away, curry, fresh do-nuts.... and lots of other things I can't have cos I'm on a diet.

Worst- Vomit, doorways near pubs that have been pee'd in, blood, out of date meat.

My faves: petrol, freshly baked bread, toast.

Least faves: Coffee, nail varnish, cigarettes.
