Hi I seem to have tried so many products trying to get rid of my yellow heads, yellow/white bumps that stay under the skin and never quite make it as spots but just make white bumpy ridges on my face! If anyone could recommend any products to me to even out my skin & get rid of these I would be so greatful & it would save me a fortune just trying any old product! Thanks Julia

My mum had a couple of these tiny little lumps and asked the GP what they were, apparently they're tiny little lumps of fat-like tissue. He said they won't go if you squeeze or leave them, but use a sterilised pin to break the skin and lift them out. Hope this helps angel x
