I think its a matter of personal taste and what is natural on someone, eg someone my prefer blondes, but natural blondes. Someone who is naturally dark could die thie hair blonde and look less apealing to someone who prefers blondes as it looks unnatural

For women, the media tend to portray blondes as attractive but a bit bubble-headed. When wishing to portray really sultry, sexy women - they are invariably dark-haired and dark-eyed. I guess the same applies to men although one might include grey as well!

There is no answer to this question. Not everyone looks good as a blonde or likewise with dark hair. It's about what looks good on an individual and matches their skin tones and eyes. Also,many people find many different things attractive. I personally love myself with dark hair,while my husband prefers me as a blonde (go figure) Really it's whatever makes YOU feel sexy that's important!
