I tried it once and did lose loads of weight but it all came back very, very quickly and I was even heavier. It's a con!!
Eat properly, slightly smaller portions, cut back on fa, lots of veg and fruitt and be careful with carbohydrates. Don't eat if you are not hungry and stop eating when you feel satisfied instead of clearing your plate. Drink loads of cold water and take some exercise, if only walking! The weight will come off slowly but surely, you will feel fit and you will be more likely to keep with your new plan for life.
Allow yourself a little treat occasionally too.
