I was diagnosed with hodgkinsons and treated with chemo in 1988 and was cured and now only go for a check up once a year and as yet after all these years as fit as a fiddle so tell your stepfather not to worry as nowadays it is one of the cancers that is 100% treatable with the best rates of cure BEST WISHES AND GOOD LUCK
