Can you get to a chiropractor? Having an adjustment will almost certainly help.

You are probably spending too much time at the PC. Get up and walk around. In Japan, in factories, they stop every hour or so and give the person next to them a shoulder rub. Sounds a great idea to me- suggest it to your work mates!!

Its a yoga technique that works for computer addicts - but you can't use the computer at the same time (lol).
