Me and two others were made redundant as at Friday, we were due to finish at 12:30, boss not in, this woman says 'Go at 12:00, I don't mind answering the phone till half past'. We leave at 12:00, woman goes to boss at 9:00am monday morning to grass us up for leaving early!!! What does she think he's going to do? We don't work there anymore!
She's done this in the past, we've told her what we think, she tells boss we have had a go at her and we get b**locked for causing an atmosphere in the office.
You can't win with people like that, ignore them and pretend they are no there - it's the only way.
