Tummy Tuck
Hi All,
I was wondering, I go to the gym 6 times a week, and i am happy with everything aprt from my tummy.. i still have a lil podge and i hate it cause it looks odd compared to the rest of my body now.. is there any specific machine that would help reduce it..

Cause if it's fat, you'll have to continue to work out and loose weight in other parts of your body as well. You can tone concentrated areas though. For your stomach..sit ups, crunches in all directions, jump roping, push ups, medicine balls etc. Crunches and jump roping is the quickest way to tighten the stomach. If it's loose skin, then a tummy tuck would be the only thing that could fix it.
My opinion, stick with your current workout routine. No obsess over you little bulge. Shallow men see the bulges, good men see the soul.
A girl friend of mine who takes extreme care of her self in a health and fitness way had two babies and it left her tummy saggy and gross.. She reconstructed her belly button and got a mini tummy tuck. Now she is wearing her old fun clothing and is full of confidence again.. If you have not had children I would NOT consider getting anything done.. But after children if your tummy is very saggy then by all means get a tuck and a snip!!! lol We drive cars, sit on our butts staring at a computer, we wear make-up and do our hair.. why not use science & technology to keep our bodies normal after children? Its like when somebody gets a big scar taken off there face everybody is happy for them, Its not like they needed the scar taken off to live.. it was so they could feel better about how they look.. So if your boobs and tummy get saggy from being very fat or having children.. then by all means fix it if that is what will make you feel better... You can sit around and live with it.. or do something about it...
