I've been having the exact same thing for past three weeks! i went to docs and they said it must be hot in my room or the change in weather...thats the only advice they could give. I can guarantee its not hot in my house!!!! i thought for a while i was coming down with flu or something but havent.

Its definatly not hot in my bedroom, but i used to drink a fair bit and have cut done loads, and also i smoke (6-8 a day) and drink pepsi max, i wonder if its to do with stimulants, do you do any of these
I do smoke, (to many a day!!) I dont really drink fizzy drinks, but tend to eat late at night. I'm also very stressed and worried about stuff recently so wasnt sure if that was anything to do with it..

well thanks for the chat, its nice to know im not the only weirdo around!! lol

no no your not the only one!! mines man trouble...relationships huh??!! I think thats stress can effect people in many ways, but my sleep is usually the first thing to be effected. And for the first time ever in my life..ive lost my appetite!!! Every cloud and all that....! Take care x
I guess it's possible that you could have developed an ectopic heatbeat (i.e. every so often your heart misses a beat). It's not an uncommon situation. (Sometimes even something like a virus can trigger it) but can feel quite alarming. I suggest you talk to your GP. If he feels this is the case he can arrange for you to have an ECG to check out your heart rhythm.
