Big earrings

Hello Girls, would just like to ask your views on these Great big fashion accessories they call Earrings.

Me and the beloved were sitting in a coffee shop today watching the world go by, and i could,nt believe how many ladies wore these earrings you could kick a football through, my personal view is they look unattractive{no offence}.

I appreciate by the way its meant to be fashion,but whats your take on it

Me and my husband call 'em parrot perches- disgusting aren't they?

Mind you I also hate sovereign rings, and massive bling bling necklaces.

It depends. I think there are two 'types'.

1. Hoops that aren't too big and are thin, worn with very stylish clothes, which look nice and

2. Chav-tastic hoops from Elizabeth Duke that are thick and huge and usually worn with another two pairs in each ear and a track suit!! x

Boo, i see a woman today and she had a ring within a ring{if that makes sense}.

I could'nt make up my mind if she was a wind chime or a palm reader, either way she looked ridiculous.

I try not to be all snobbish, but as soon as I see anyone remotely Chavish my lip starts curling in disgust.

How awful do I sound? LOL

What about those massive posable clowns on BIIIIIIIIIIIIG gold chains, what are they all about? Oh, also got a real aversion to massive initials or worse their full names on chains.

What about those enormous 'mum' rings? Yes i can tell your a mum, your 7 children running riot round Asda testify to that.............

Right I'll shush now, before someone wearing any of the above lynches me!

can i just say that is the most class line ive ever heard i was pmsl at that one.

yeh the hoops that are more like bracelets are as schemie as hell its the big 3" high by 8" long name necklaces that tickle me . how can something so expensive look so cheap? and when you are walking towards a ned on a sunny day you get blinded by the glare of the gold .

They are totally stupid ear rings. I have even seen big triangle ones that look like the musical thing you played at school !!! Wait til you all see them on a girl....

I like to think it's pirate wear coming back into fashion. i often sport a dapper wooden leg and skull-and-crossbones hat number to try and keep up with the trend.
