Hello,
I'm not afraid to admit it but I have a bit of a large bum. Does anyone know any simple tried and tested exercises to sort this out? (you know - ones you can do at home?)

One of the best things you can buy is one of those FIT balls, you know the huge plastic squidgey balls that you can do sit ups and press ups on!
