Does anyone know of the easiest way to get Taurine apart from eating fish? Read that it is good for the heart and blood vessels.

Taurine is an amino acid. You can buy supplements, which you'll usually find together with the 'body building' supplements, in health food shops. Needless to say though, before you start taking any supplements of this kind, you should seek medical advice as taking supplements in isolation can affect the absorption/effectiveness of other vitamins you obtain either naturally through food, or through, and can even be harmful.

Red Bull is probably the easiest way (trivia: taurine = taurus (the bull) hence the name Red Bull). The bad effects of the caffeine, sugar and horrible chemicals would far outweigh any benefits though!
