For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.No need for a crash diet. Increase the amount of cardio vascular exercise you do. not only will you lose weight you will also look and feel much healthier. There are no "quick and easy" ways to lose weight I'm afraid.
Even if it is just for a boost as you say, as soon as you stop you will put the weight back on quicker than you would normally then you will be even more disheartened.
I have not been around for months. Sorry pardon - you sounded like someone I knew.
I seem to have been on a diet for most of my lfe. I now roughly keep to the'Slimming World' diet.
3 day crash diet - Hmmmmm - not recommended these days - but if you must - Lots of water, fruit, boiled eggs & a nappy just in case!
