Tell her. If you don't then they might. It will be better coming from you. Plus it will all decend into a web of lies and sooner or later it will all come out. It always does and you will be in even deeper and she won't forgive you for hiding it. If you tell her now she will be upset but she will at least realise that you came clean and you wanted to be honest with her. Explain your reasons for doing it (although they aren't very good reasons) but try and get her to understand but expect to be unpopular... but at least it will all be out in the open.
