Do you enjoy your job?

I've recently given up my typical 9 to 5 office job and am looking for inspiration. If anyone has a rewarding job that differs from the norm I'd be really interested to hear about it. Thanks.

What kind of activities are you interested in, Jonathan R, and what sort of skills/experience/talents do you have? Oh dear, I sound like I'm interviewing you, but a little background information would be useful, that's all.

Ravenhair, I'm going to do some voluntary stuff at a local hospital and an animal shelter for starters. I think these areas will be beter as you can see the true impact of your work. I really just needed to be reminded that work CAN be fun and is for some people. If you're going to work until your seventy as will likely be the case by the time I retire then you better find something you enjoy! Thanks TW, well done, it sounds great.
