Latest bug going round

I had a really bad cold 3 weeks ago and it floored me bigtime,got anti biotics off doc,but even now i have a sore throat,anyone else had this bug,as i cant seem to shake it.

my son has had it for about 2 months - really bad throat,earache,fever,3 days feeling better then its back again!! He cant even have any more antibiotics as he has had so many.

I've had this bug, it's been a real nightmare. I've been coughing so hard that my ribs are really sore, although my cough is going away a bit, my ribs have been sore for about 2 weeks, think i've cracked one or something :o/

Start taking 1000mg Vitamin C every day and echinacea too. this will really help. Amara xx
