Is anyone else feeling zonked today?

They say there is a huge yellow cloud over the country today affecting hay fever sufferers. Ive suffered mild hay fever the last 4 years or so. Dont tend to have eyes streaming or runny nose etc, just tend to feel zonked all the time. Have just taken an antinhystermine.

Is there anything else I can do / take to feel less zonked.

I'm not a hay fever sufferer, but I'm feeling well and truly zonked, Zeus. Probably more to do with drinking too much and not getting enough sleep last night, though.
Just heard on the news, the yellow cloud has come over from Holland Zeus. The only thing that perks me up is Dandelion and Burdock.
Hey Zeus! Will chatting to me make you feel any better? Hope you feel okay, babes. xxxx

Good grief, yes!

I was thinking the very same thing about 15 mins ago. I am absolutely pooped - much more than normal.

Never found anything helpful for hayfever although this year i have been using Ben- something tablets (Benzodrene??). Can't even remember what they are called, but they are helping slightly.

Am off to bed though - can hardly keep my eyes open.

Is that why I am so tired? I thought it was the sun that did it. I was out in it earlier and now I am so tired. I am falling asleep at the laptop. Might have a nap.
BBC TV reports it's birch pollen from Denmark. Rain is forecast and that'll clear it from the air.
Zeus take loratadine antihistamines instead they dont have any drowsiness attached to them. You can get them in the chemist, tescos boots etc just look for the loratadine ingredient. We cant have our God feeling poorly ! :o)
