Where can i get plus sized knee length business skirts size 26 and over - but not online? Evans seems to have stopped doing business wear these days in its stores. I will never understand why it is so hard to buy clothes in this day and age if you do not fit in with what is called 'standard'. I wonder why Marks don't do up to 30 in their stores - they must lose a lot of money by alienating the plus size market.

Thats because you're not allowed to be Plus-size,its abnormal didn't you know that,I used to be a size 24 i'm now a size 10,so i see it from your view,its about time there was more out there for 'Plus's',sorry cant help your question though!!

Have you tried catalogues? Oxendales do plus sizes for instance, definitely up to 30 including workwear and they can send you a catalogue, you dont have to shop online but im sure if you find the website you can get a catalogue sent. But I agree, it's a shame it's not available on the high street as they could make a bomb!

Dottie Ps do up to 28 and also Debenhams have a couple of their Collection ranges in in up to 30.

I would certainly recommed Oxendales,I buy most of my clothes from there and they are well fitting and not too expensive. I wonder if I am the only person to find Evans tops too short,I really don't want to be showing off my less than perfect midriff to the world!

I agree with you about M & S,there must be such an untapped market for us bigger girls!

Thanks everyone and yes - what is it with Evans tops???? they are so short and why do they think we want to show our arms off and our stomachs - drives me mad.

Also why oh why do they either do long skirts (so if you are short you look like a midget) or short skirts that make you look like a cheap tar* mmm.
