Food combining Diet Testamonials Please

Has anyone had success with this diet, i've found a web site where 100's on people (like any other diet) are mad about it, eg not mixing carbs & protein at the same time and leaving 2 hours after eating carbs before eating protein and 3 hours the other way....loads of people have lost weight with it, i only need to lose a nagging half stone, its got good principles, there are no banned foods at all, just eating them at different times as the two fight in the stomach and nutrients are also meant to be more easily absorbed...even Gillian Mc Keith recommends this way of eating for health and weight loss ? but I want to know peopls experiences ? I know the concepts of the diet alredy thanks
