Go back to bed for a bit! staring at a computer screen will only make you worse. and in a few hours, try and eat something, yes i know, you may feel very sick but it's the only thing, in my opinion that will avert the nausea. try some toast or something.

Hair of the dog! Always works for me.
ice cold water is surposed to help

something i've picked up on lately (having been drinking every night for a fortnight now) is

1. Don't mix your drinks. If you can't manage it, at least try not to mix wine with anything else!

2.The darker the drink, the heavier the hangover. Red wine, guinness etc etc..Lagers are also iffy because they're full of chemicals..

I've just made vodka my drink of choice, and haven't had a bad hangover yet - and it mixes with just about anything. To avoid a hangover, drink a pint of water before you go to sleep and when you wake up, your body is dehydrated and you need to flush all that alcohol through your system. Oh, and eat lots of toast!

Have a banana the potassium (spelling) in it should give you a lift, also get some pure fruit juice the vitamin C will perk you up too and if that doesn't work a good power nap!
