hair disaster!

please help, i had my bleached blonde hair coloured yesterday, i asked for a mid brown chestnut colour which is my own natural colour, she applied red then brown and shes turned me jet black! im mortified, depressed and i actually look like a witch! please can anything be done to get rid or tone it down it looks awful. tia, julie xx

hiya spk, have fun with the backpacking it sounds great, lucky you! glad your hair is recovering, mine has started to snap now a lot, its so long and its scaring me i think im going to have it lopped off its upsetting me so much, the sides just keep snapping, i wish it were the back so you cant notice it but its the sides, bought a lot of reconstructing stuff yesterday to try and make it supple, all this has cost me more than the horrible colour, never again!!! julie xx

the problem now is cos she has applied a red on your hair it will be hared to get rid. red is the hardist colour to get out.
i would advice apply a pre lightner then a toner this will lighten your hair and then apply a medium brown
