'once removed' means one generation removed. The other one is just your sister-in-law's husband; no other name for it, but I suppose you could say you're related.
I always thought you cousins daughter is your second cousin. And if you mean your sister in law husband as in your husbands sisters husband. Dont think there is a name.
if he/she is your first cousin then the daughter would be your second cousin....and no your sister in laws husband isn't related to you. or he shouldnt be anyway. unless its down the line and u dont know about it.
To be related to someone does not necessarily have to mean blood related therefore the purpose of the words In-Law is to show there is no blood relationship.
