My 1st Question on Answerbank

This is my 1st question on Answerbank.

What is Answerbank like?

I have seen some hostility shown by some people in the week or so I have been a member.

This does not scare me. I have the intellect to shoot the offenders down in flames.

But, what is the site like in relation to other forums?

I think that Answerbank is a great site where you can find out loads of interesting things. Yes there can be a bit of bickering and hostility but I do my best to steer clear of those threads so it doesn't really get me down. Welcome to a fantastic site!

Can honestly say I've never had a problem in the f ew weeks I've been around. There are some who indulge in the odd punch-up, but I tend to nip into another section and just let them get on with it.

I was attempting to join in the joke about qualifications. Obviously it sped right over your heads. That's another thing about this forum. If you mean to be joking, it is best to try to make it as clear as possible, otherwise somebody will always manage to pick up the stick by the wrong end.
