obstruction in my throat
Hi everyone - I am going to see my doctor about this if it doesn't improve in a few days, but in the meantime I wonder if anyone could give me their thoughts on my problem.
It feels like there's an obstruction in my throat/windpipe - hard to describe but it's like I've swallowed something which hasn't gone completely down. It's not very painful, but it's very uncomfortable.
Anyone any ideas? Grateful for any responses!

This is the unpleasant sensation of a lump in the throat as you describe and is caused by stress and anxiety. It feels very real and is not anything to be embarrassed about.
I have known the symptoms of this to be so unpleasant it puts people off their food.
Go to your doctor to make sure, but I believe it is symptomatic of underlying stress problems.
Good luck.
