1. Make sure youre getting a varied diet of lots of fresh fruits, veg, protein & wholegrains
2. Drink 2 2.5 litre os water per day, this will help speed up your metabolism, click here for more metabolism tips: http://www.ivillage.co.uk/health/hlive/style/s nap/0,,181167_695714,00.html?nlcid=c|402,16041
/>3. As well as cardio exercise do weight training as when your muscles are in better shape they help burn calories more effectively
4. Crash diets generally arent a good idea but if you have a special occasion you want to look for for try doing a detox diet, Im sure youll find lots of good plans on the net
5. No late night snacks! If you crave sweet things at night try drinking a cup of peppermint tea, or brush your teeth, the mintyness usually crubs cravings
Hope these help, and good luck!

Sorry to be the joy-breaker but there are no magic quick fixes.
Don't go ruin your health on stupid diets that will make you feel worse off and make you put on even more weight when you start eating normally again. You can't control your body like a machine and decide to press a button to loose weight all of a sudden. It takes discipline and a bit of time to get back on track.
Ditch sugary and sweet foods, processed foods, fats and fried foods. Try to follow the Gillan McKeith or Carol Vorderman regimes, they're very healthy. After a few weeks, I bet you wont enjoy junk food as much. One last thing: persevere! Best of luck.

Not eating more but certainly drinking more. Am currently trying to lose weight and get fitter - tips from me then
1. Diets don't really work. Just watch what you eat, stay off the take-aways and eat half of what you would normally
2. If you're going to drink, go for wine - stay away from beer!
3. If you need to snack, get something like celery to munch on
4. Exercise! go for a combination of weight training and cardio-vascular. Join a gym and ask them to put a training plan together for you
Good luck and stick with it. 'tis not easy
Hope it helps
