at the moment our street is getting bought up by landlords they are putting decent people in which is okay there is a lot of companies advertizing sell your house then rent it back, the situation were are in is that i work parttime my husband is on invalidity we just manage the morgatge and other things if we rented we would get help with rent but no morgatge help even off the building society, i often wonder should we sell then rent back ? welcome your veiws on this

Don't know your specifc situation, but a month's rent is often more than a month's mortgage for the same property. You may be able to get help (from the DSS or whatever they call themselves nowadays), and it's up to you whether it's worth it or not.
