Many people when they stop "cold turkey" they get head colds, a bit shaky in the hands the first few days, they cant sleep very well and of course the bad moods. I use to smoke and within 1 month food tasted better, my skin was much nicer, my breathing seemed different it was so wonderful to stop. I never new how bad I was until I made my self get better. I was lucky to stop and to find my new addiction ((running)) the same day.. Now thats my addiction and I LOVE IT..Ill be doing a 56k race in Sep!! Tell your momma it will be fine and she can do it!! there is many stop smoking websites that tell you how to cope and the facts on what your body is going through. It will be a month of hell getting out of such a bad habbit but its so worth it in the end... make sure she finds a new habbit..
Sorry for going off on this question.. but I just felt like it.. lol Jenxx
