Diary Abbreviations

Have any of you committed the same unforced error as myself? I have just found a diary from 19?? and during the month of June I have inserted on several days a set of initials and one or two numbers. For the life of me I cannot remember what the initials or numbers refer to. Does anyone else suffer from brain freeze?

done it this year...put a W on a page...couldnt think for the life of me what it meant......

lol I do it all the time Dot, I have bits of paper everywhere with things like "Bob 256" ???? my best was in the phone book of my mobile - a phone number and the name it's under is "3 July" I was completely baffled, phoned it but no answer lol
