My children do not eat meat they don't enjoy the taste, they do however eat loads of vegetables, fruit, nuts and are very healthy, but I was told recently told that children require meat it helps to make their brains fuctional? I was quite surprised as both my children are clever and their brains seem to work wonderfully. Should I be giving them some kind of iron supplement? anyone know
