i take it u r paul from taunton judging by ur user name. i live down the road from there xXx
men - we're never going to win this one; women own the franchise on pain due to childbirth. Best just to let them have it.
Well, I haven't had a baby or been kicked in the testicles (I'm a girl), so I am prepared to keep an open mind :-)
the worst pains in the world are childbirt followed by really bad toothache, both make you cry.
As its the sole preserve of women, I'd say there is a worldwide conspiracy of women to moan like buggery about the whole childbirth thing - Mrs flop was unbearable, and she seemed to get even worse when I suggested the pain was probably little more than a chinese burn and that she was wailing so much because she had a low pain threshold. Tut, nobody thinks of the fathers - I was in that damn hospital for 38 hours: have you tried getting any kip in the same room as a screaming women??? It took me a whole hour!!!

Now, pain - I had a different leg broken in consecutive seasons a few years back AND, one very very very cold Sunday morning I received a football at full blast right in the knackers - now that is pain.

Childbirth - could do that standing on my head. Quitely and with no fuss.
I would like to own some testicles one day ~ just so I can compare.
Having a baby, hands down!!!!!!!
OWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And I have experience neither hahaha.I don't like pain but without a doubt giving birth is more painful but you could always take a tranquiliser to put you to sleep for the birtth and then wake up and your bundle of joy is in the cot next to you.AWWW sweet.
Childbirth. But of course us women are able to handle pain much better than men, therefore to them a kick in the nuts is worse in their opinion. :-)
I made sure Mr Pippa knew how much pain I was in whilst giving bith ~ I gave his nads a good squeeze as I had each contraction.

I think he got the idea...;o)
Tranquilizers? nobody told me I could have those! I was robbed.
You women don`t know what pain is....Childbirth can`t be no worse than constipation, where as a kick in the nuts is about as painful as pain gets....Plus we don`t get a cup of tea straight after ;o)
Crikey Elvis ~ if your poo is as wide as a head you have serious problems & need some stewed prunes ;o)

I tell you what, though..it isn't the pushing the baby out I found most painful..it was the contractions which are probably just like Mrs Elvis grabbing a testicle and twisting it round for about a minute at a time, whilst poking you in the eye with a hot poker...lol.
Listen Pippa...I was there for both my kids births and I still have the scars on my hand, it was bloody awful....trying to do a crossword left handed, whilst she dug her nails in my writing hand....still... I always was a gentleman ;o)
i have seen people gone through both and i will say definately childbirth.
*snigger* so you are Elvis ~ a totally worthwhile birthing partner indeed :o)

Mr Pippa was very quiet..if he ever uttered a sound resembling 'ouch' I would have slaughtered him!
Of course it has to be childbirth if only because being kicked in the nuts and experiencing that pain will be bad but it could never go on for as long as childbirth. I mean childbirth can go on for many many hours and the pain is always there until the baby is born.

Surely the pain of being kicked in the nuts will go after a short time, how short/long I don't know but childbirth lasted for 8, 5 & 8 hours for me (3 children) I really can't see any man still screaming in agony all those hours later.

WP
I once worked on a farm and the cowman was kicked in the testicles by a cow, he shot across the cowshed and screamed, all the other blokes made a fuss of him and within 30 minutes he was OK, just a bit sore. Compare that to, in my case 23 hours of labour and I know which is worse.
