I seem to have the opposite problem: I have the right amount of cereal, then go to pour the milk on and not quite enough is left. There's nothing worse than half-dry cereal.
As for the mexican wave/football chant thing, it just requires a big enough group of you; I've succesfully managed to start a Mexican Wave with some other friends before, and am forever trying to get chants going, sometimes more successfully than others...

okay - i intend to reply to all the topics:
1. not enuff cereal - my suggestion is that on the next-to-last bowl, you just pour all that is left and completely forgo the actual last bowl - just have a next-to-last bowl that is REALLY really full (it actually becomes the last bowl, but don't tell the cereal that 'casue then you'll be back where you started...)
2. not enuff milk - okay, this one is easy - just put the milk first, then put PART of the cereal in, eat the cereal and then with the milk that is still there, put more cereal. just keep doing that until you've had all the cereal you'd intended to have that morning. :D
3. chants at football games - okay, for this one, i am guessing that this refers to the world cup that is going on. the college i went to had "yell leaders" (not cheerleaders, but those would probably work, too) who would get the crowd rowdy and guide them to all say the same "chant" (we called 'em yells instead of chants) in unison
4. mexican wave - again, here guessing world cup stuff, but all i know of is a "texas wave" (that's what we call it here in texas, usa) - usually some member of a group (that probably knows each other) says to the others "hey, lets do the wave" and if they all agree they count 1,2,3 and all stand up with arms raised and yell - the group next to them sometimes picks up the hint and goes along... usually, it takes quite a few tries to actually get the adjacent groups to join in (i have started a wave or two *proud grin*)
hope this helps! maybe more than you were looking for, but, hey! :D

Just have 37.5 g per serving then you'll get a nice round 10 bowls.
The wave must be started by a group of people working together, not just one bloke. And it usually has a few false starts before it gets going. And is very boring.
Also, why does no-one ever say "Guess what! I wasn't thinking about you... and then you didn't call! What an amazing coincidence!"
