Cancer Help

Hello, i was wondering if you could shed some light on secondary cancer in the lymphnode. My dad just had a lymphnode removed (or biopsied) in his groin because it was cancerous and now they are doing mutiple tests all over his body. Is there a particular cancer it is more likely to be if the secondary is in the groin?
Thank you
