I'm not very familiar with much of Whiffeys work (as whiffey) but the "take the flak off her" line is the weakest thing I've heard in many a long year. And the apology above is very serious if he just means sorry that he tried to take the flak. That's not "completely over stepping the limits of fun" at all. Whereas some of SRs posts HAVE "completely overstpped the limits of fun, hence I thought this was what he was apologising for.

anyway, if they don't own up, we'll never know...c'est la vie. On teh plus side, it might shut he/she up for a bit though.

I actually accused Whiffey of being SR 3 weeks ago!!!! He denied it of course so i apologised, wasn't convinced though. I agree that excuse is very weak!!!!!!
