Any ideas what to use on your lips when burnt by the sun?

Hi there i have come back off holiday with coldsore type thingy from the sun burning my lips. Can anyone recommend anything to you have tried Blistex ,vasoline even vinegar but it doesn't seem to be doing anything. Any suggestions Many thanks in advance x

I searched sunburn lips and it gave out the following info:

Cracked or Sunburned Lips: Mix (?) drops grapefruit seed extract in 1 Tbls. of almond, olive, sesame, avocado or vegetable oil and apply.

Not too sure where you get grapefruit seed extract from though? (Other than grapefruits of course :-)

Normal after sun...like you'd use anywhere else on your body.

I came back from holiday and when i arrived home i had really badly burned lips. How i laughed when i realised they weren't actually mine and that i had picked someone elses suitcase up at the airport.
