Antibiotics and food

I'm on antibiotics (I've got an infected insect bite) but they seem to be upsetting my stomach a bit. Am I best taking them before, during or after food?

If it is OK to take with dairy I would also suggest drinking a little milk to stop the nausea effect. Starch and carbohydrate, like crackers and bread seem to be best for me when I am on antibiotics!
Thanks for that people, I have been taking them during food and I am aware that an upset stomach is a side effect but I wondered if having them before, during or after food was better for my tummy, I'll continue with during I think.
I've no idea what bit me but it was on my ankle and the infection is spreading up towards my knee! At least it's starting to go down now on I'm the antibiotics.
