no there is no fate ourlives are not mapped our for us before wer born, life is what you make i t or whatever we allow it to be.
Yes I do and for lots of reasons, the best example I can give is the way I met my husband. Our paths nearly crossed many times before we actually met, I always knew there was someone coming into my life and when we eventually met it was in strange circumstances, but we both knew we were meant to be together.

Fatalist !!
Well Tonyted - your mind is a bit like your eyes, if you walk around with them shut you are guaranteed never to see anything, if you open them a little you begin to see a little and when you open them fully you have everything in glorious technicolour. Love and light - Amara xx

"All is light, all is at work, ever shining, ever being, eternal, blissful, unified. We are as one ray of love and light emanating from the same source, illuminating the void and creating as we go about our journey. There is only light, there is only God, no I, no me, no we. Hold the love, hold the light, shine bright. Let the word struggle slip from the mind, be at peace, best at rest, and surrender to the eternal grace of God through the attunement to unconditional love" x

I dont believe in fate at all.the way i see it is if there is fate and our paths are set out for us ultimimetly we dont have free will.i do believe though that if you act in a positive way good things will happen to you.i dont mean karma but i mean good things will happen as a direct result of the good you do.anything else is just coincidence in my books.but each to their own.no one can say for sure and if it makes you happy believing or not believing thats all that matters.different strokes for different folks
I have no idea. It is an example of the philosophy of love and light, which is

Truth
The one true religion is love. There are only two religions, Love and Fear.
Love
Love is what we are, it is what our souls are and what God is.
Light
When you fill yourself with truth and knowledge, your light will grow.

well said amara...my wife to be met in a similiar way pathas crossing etc....who's is to say there is only one outcome where fate is concerned but many paths determined by our choices along the way....obviously with one final destination. live a life of love love the life you lead
stay on the path x
Amara has been snorting too many happy beans, I think
If you mean I live a life in joy and peace and love, then you are right! I am not Mother teresa though, I have bad days, bad moods and a rather unhealthy infatuation with Captain Jack Sparrow at the moment too!!
You leave amara alone. I think she's nice and caring so there.
Thank you kay I think you're nice too xx
I believe in fate, what about the people who missed trains and alarms don't go off on the day of big accidents, fate has decided it has something bigger in store for them.

An example from last week for me, wanted to see Red Hot Chili Peppers, but I could not get tickets to see them local, tried Ebay and was outbid with 4 secs to go, gutted.

I work for a newspaper and the first call I took last Friday was someone selling 2 tickets, which I bought. Was fate that they got me out of 50 people in that office (by the way (no pun intended) went on Wednesday to Pride Park, was excellent).
