Am I wrong?

I adore my friends, but for the past 7 months my life has been very involed in my job. Which I absolutely love with a big passion. Obviously some of my friends have jobs aswell, but none is as interested or involed as myself. I continously have to bite my tongue so I never talk about work in front of them.
I quite often work all weekend, and when Im not there I miss it terribly, I feel like I get withdrawal sypmtoms and sometimes even just go in or phone up so I can talk to them.
I have alot of new friends from work too, which is fab.
I didn't think I was abandoning my friends, but as they got on with meeting other people (when I'm working) it seems like I've missed out what's been going on, as now our group (of 6) seems to be splitting into 2.
I'm so lost now, because I'm being abandoned by both groups, and I'm gonna end up on my own.
The one thing I don't want to do is leave my work, or to fall out with my friends.
I tried to get back in with the group, but the "bossy" one of them pushed me out again.
I working less to be with them, not talking about work...
Is there anything else I can do to make up.
Thanks

Over time people change and move on, settle down etc - just concentrate on what you are into work wise and what you want, don't give it up because it makes you unpopular! I remember when I left school, the gang split up gradually as people found work and grew up at different rates. The true friends are still there now, even if I don't see them that often.
